Can’t find your ticket(s)? You can have the confirmation email resent via the link below.
Can no longer attend the event? You can sell your tickets easily and securely via TicketSwap, even if your tickets haven’t been sent out yet.
Here’s how it works:
Open the confirmation email from Paylogic
Click on “Manage Order”
Go to “More Actions”
Select “Sell on TicketSwap”
Follow the steps on the TicketSwap website
All tickets must be personalized.
The name on the ticket is not checked at the entrance, so it is not an issue if all tickets are in your name.
How does the personalization process work?
After your purchase, you will receive an email from Paylogic as soon as your tickets are ready to be personalized. For this, you will need the following information for each attendee:
First name & last name
Email address
Gender
Date of birth
Place of residence
Once completed, the tickets will be automatically sent via email.
You can have your ticket scanned from your mobile device or in printed form.
If you choose to print it, please use A4 size; color printing is not required.
If you are having your ticket scanned from your phone, please set your screen brightness to the maximum level so that the QR code is clearly readable at the entrance.
Did you provide an incorrect email address, or do you no longer have access to it? You can easily update your email address via the link below.
Purchase tickets exclusively through our official ticket shop.
Please note: there are fake accounts active on social media attempting to sell tickets. Do not engage with them.
It is not possible to request a refund. Still want to get rid of your ticket? Sell it safely via TicketSwap.
Terrain & Facilities
Inside the Autotron, you will find various food stands offering a wide range of snacks, meals, and vegetarian and gluten-free options. There are also several bars where you can purchase drinks. Payments are made using tokens.
Visit our merchandise stand on-site for exclusive items like T-shirts, hand fans, accessories, and more.
Need to catch your breath? In the Chill Area, you can relax, recharge, and enjoy a snack and a drink at your own pace.
Tokens are available on-site at the token counters and token machines. You can use them to pay at all food stands and bars.
There are ample toilet facilities available, distributed throughout the site.
Upon entry, you will receive a recycling token. Hand this in with your first drink to receive a cup, bottle, or can. Always return an empty cup when placing your next order. If you no longer have one, you will be charged an additional half-token for a new cup.
The event is accessible to people with disabilities. Adapted facilities are available, and our crew is on hand to provide assistance wherever needed.
Have you lost something? Please visit the locker desk on-site for lost and found items. We will upload all found items to iLost 3–5 days after the event concludes.
Health & Safety
There is a professional first-aid station on-site. If you are unsure whether someone needs help, always report it to the crew immediately.
If you need to bring medication with you, please ensure you have a valid doctor’s note. Unfortunately, medication is not permitted inside without an official document.
Security staff will check for this.
Good hearing protection is important. Earplugs are available for purchase at the merchandise stand.
There are plenty of free water points available on-site. You can use these to fill your bottle and drink water.
House rules
A zero-tolerance policy is in effect. The possession or use of drugs and other the like substances is strictly prohibited. This also applies to “soft” drugs. Security personnel will conduct checks for these items at the entrance and throughout the venue.
If prohibited substances are discovered, entry will be denied, and depending on the quantity the police may be contacted.
Security will conduct strict checks at the entrance. The following items are not permitted:

Chairs, stools, flags, and large flagpoles
Professional photo, video, or audio equipment
Noise-making devices (horns, speakers, etc.)
Weapons and sharp or dangerous objects
Drugs (including soft drugs) and nitrous oxide (laughing gas)
Glassware, umbrellas, plastic bottles, and cans
Fireworks and explosives
Chains (excluding jewelry)
Provocative or discriminatory expressions
Clothing or items featuring provocative or football-related text
Animals (with the exception of official assistance dogs)

Small handbags
Jewelry and standard accessories
Wallet, jacket, and/or sweater
Small deodorant (no aerosol cans)
Make-up
Handheld fan
Cigarettes (max. 1 pack per person)

Personal items that you carry with you on a daily basis
It is not permitted to bring liquids inside. Security personnel will conduct bag checks and body searches.
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Cigarettes will not be sold during the event.
The use of digital cameras, video cameras, and action cams (such as GoPro) is not permitted. You are, however, allowed to take photos and videos using your phone.
Professional photo, video, or audio equipment is only permitted with prior press accreditation. If you have not received official authorization via email, you may not bring professional equipment with you.
Promotional activities are prohibited on and around the premises. This will be strictly monitored. For promotional opportunities, please contact the organization.

Press and media may submit a request via our contact form. Professional equipment is permitted only following approved accreditation.
