Did you provide an incorrect email address, or do you no longer have access to it? You can easily update your email address via the link below.
All tickets must be personalized.
The name on the ticket is not checked at the entrance, so it is not an issue if all tickets are in your name.
How does the personalization process work?
After your purchase, you will receive an email from Paylogic as soon as your tickets are ready to be personalized. For this, you will need the following information for each attendee:
First name & last name
Email address
Gender
Date of birth
Place of residence
Once completed, the tickets will be automatically sent via email.
Get out at: ’s-Hertogenbosch Central Station (Den Bosch)
From here you can:
- take the shuttle bus (recommended)
- take a lokal bus to Autotron
- get a taxi or Uber
Tip: Expect crowds after the end time. Check departure times via NS or travel apps.
